As a part of the www.educomics.org project, here is a freeware, standalone application for making comic strips which was developed by CosyLLab at the Department of Technology Education and Digital Systems of the University of Piraeus, in Piraeus, Greece. Comic Strip Creator v1.0 is a flash based project developed with Actionscript 2, dressed with Hermes Digital graphics, providing a graphical animated workspace.
